Tournament Practice - South Hills Karate

Students of South Hills Karate Academy are looking forward to competing at the upcoming TSD Karate College tournament. During the next week, we will be practicing for the tournament focusing on breaking, sparring and hung execution in a competitive environment. - SBN Garbowsky
